The Application Process
Here's what to expect if you're ready to apply!

*Please note: A minimum of 6 months experience behind the chair is required.
Step One
Fill out the application
This form will give all the information we need to start the process.
Step Two
Discovery Phone Call
Within 72 hours of receiving your form, we will reach out to you about scheduling a phone call to chat and get to know each other better. We will also answer any questions you have for us.
Step Three
In person Interview
We keep our conversations easy and intentional, usually over coffee or a casual meet-up. This gives us space to connect, talk through your goals, and see if Beyond Beauty aligns with the season you’re in.
Step Four
Shadow day/Test out
If it feels like a mutual fit, you’ll be invited to spend 1–2 days with us for a working interview. This gives you the opportunity to experience our workflow, connect with the team, and get a true feel for the Beyond Beauty environment while allowing us to see your skills in action.
Step Five
Making an offer
If we both feel aligned and the timing feels right, we’ll extend a formal offer to begin this next chapter together at Beyond Beauty.
