PRICES
Prices listed online are starting prices and are subject to change without notice. All pricing is a la carte to ensure that clients do not pay for services they haven’t received
CANCELLATIONS
FIRST TIME CLIENTS: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged a $75 rescheduling fee when rebooking.
RETURNING CLIENTS: After your second cancellation with less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged a $75 rescheduling fee when rebooking your next appointment.
*We reserve the right to deny appointments that were "no shows" or those that have been excessively canceled or rescheduled.
LATE ARRIVALS
We completely understand that life happens, traffic, parking, or a last-minute delay. If you’re running behind, please give us a call as soon as possible so we can do our best to accommodate you. Arrivals more than 15 minutes past your appointment time may require a modified service or rescheduling, depending on availability. Please note that in either case, the full cost of the originally scheduled service will still apply.This helps us keep the day running smoothly for every client, including you.
REDOS
If you aren't completely satisfied, please let us know within 14 days of your appointment and we will do everything in our power to find a solution.
*Redos must be performed within 30 days of your original appointment.
REFUNDS
Due to the artistic nature of our services, we do not offer refunds on services performed and per manufacturer's policies all extension sales are final
CHILDREN
Little ones in the salon can interfere with our time together, hindering us from being able to achieve your hair goals. Arranging childcare prior to your appointment will help you relax during your appointment and help ensure the best results possible
PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Beyond Beauty is not responsible for loss or damage to personal articles including clothing and accessories
